Worktool Notes offers general-purpose browser tools. You are responsible for having the right to process files and for checking the results before relying on them.

Keep your originals

Keep an original copy. Resizing, lossy compression, grayscale conversion, rasterising PDFs and metadata removal can discard information. A PDF assembled or modified by a tool may not preserve digital signatures, form fields, accessibility information, bookmarks or other source features.

File limits and availability

Support depends on file type, browser, device memory and the processing library. Limits are shown with the tools. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, universal file compatibility, document acceptance by an organisation or a particular processing time.

No certification

Tools do not certify compliance with visa, passport, marketplace, legal, archival or accessibility requirements. Check the receiving organisation's current requirements. A size preset is a processing setting, not an official approval.

Original sample files

You may copy and adapt original Worktool Notes sample files for your own work. Third-party libraries and trademarks remain subject to their respective licences and rights. Do not use the site to infringe others' rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact Worktool Notes about an error or these terms.
